First American Home Warranty is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to convert warm inquiries into sales. In a fast-paced, high-volume phone environment, you will learn customer needs and propose the right home warranty solution.

You will build rapport, handle objections, meet sales goals, and deliver an excellent customer experience while educating homeowners on products, pricing, and promotions. 3+ years of inside sales preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• Ability to meet or exceed sales and productivity goals
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers—no traditional cold calling
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right home warranty solution
• Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to what matters most to each customer
• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Educate homeowners on available products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated customer information
• Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures
