First American Home Warranty is seeking experienced Inside Sales Representatives to turn warm opportunities into sales. You will connect with new, previous, and online customers, uncover needs, and recommend the right home warranty solution to protect their homes.

This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role that rewards a consultative approach and strong closing skills. Pay starts at hourly range of $17.69–$23.56 with potential for commission.

Formación

• 3+ years of inside sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Consultative selling and needs identification
• Ability to meet sales and productivity goals

Responsabilidades

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers—no traditional cold calling
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right home warranty solution
• Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to what matters most to each customer
• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process
• Educate homeowners on available products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated customer information
• Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures
