Job summary

Stonhard, based in Cherry Hill, NJ, seeks an Inside Sales Representative for the Mountain West region. You will uncover bid opportunities through General Contractors and government job boards, create takeoffs, and develop quotes to win projects.

This role requires strong communication, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work remotely when not meeting clients; base pay is $70,000–$90,000 with strong bonus potential.

Qualifications

Two+ years of inside sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
Proficiency with takeoff software to create bid documents.
Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
CRM experience (Salesforce/ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Uncover bid opportunities through General Contractors and government/job boards.
Evaluate specifications from start to close within an order.
Search project specs to create opportunities with Stonhard products.
Identify new opportunities and implement sales solutions quickly.
Maintain customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
