Stonhard is recruiting an Inside Sales Representative for the West region in Anaheim, CA. You will uncover bid opportunities, evaluate specifications, and create takeoffs to drive sales of high-performance flooring solutions.

The role requires 2+ years in inside sales within construction/industrial markets, familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and takeoff software, and a proactive, self-directed work style. Home-office flexibility is available when not meeting clients.

Qualifikationen

• Two or more years of inside sales experience in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Proficiency with takeoff software to create bid documents.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Able to work in a self-directed, fast-changing environment.
• CRM experience (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.

Aufgaben

• Uncover bid opportunities through General Contractor community and government/job boards.
• Evaluate and understand specifications from start to close within an order.
• Search project specifications to create opportunities with Stonhard products.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs using Salesforce.
