Job summary

Stonhard, a leader in high-performance floor systems, seeks an experienced inside sales professional to uncover construction bid opportunities and drive growth in commercial markets.

You will manage opportunities from bid boards, understand specifications, and maintain records in Salesforce while meeting clients and collaborating with teams. This role offers uncapped earnings potential and a strong benefits package including retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of related sales inside sales experience preferred in construction, industrial, or commercial markets.
• Proficiency with takeoff software programs to create bid documents.
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills.
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed, fast-changing environment with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor community and government job boards.
• Evaluate and understand specifications from start to close within an order.
• Search existing project specs to create opportunities with Stonhard products as alternatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions quickly.
• Maintain accurate customer records, project details and activity logs in Salesforce.
