Job summary

STONHARD, part of RPM International, seeks an inside sales professional in Denver, CO to uncover bid opportunities and drive growth in construction markets. You will evaluate specifications, position products as solutions, and manage CRM records while thriving in a fast-changing environment.

Base compensation ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 with uncapped earnings potential through performance bonuses and incentives.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in inside sales, preferably in construction/commercial markets.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365.
• Proficiency with takeoff software to create bid documents.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Uncover construction bid opportunities through General Contractor networks and bid sites.
• Evaluate specifications from start to close within an order.
• Search project specs to position Stonhard products as alternatives.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in Salesforce.

Two+ years inside sales experience
