First American Home Warranty is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to convert warm opportunities into sales. You will connect with new, previous, and online customers, uncover needs, and propose the home warranty solution that fits their home. A fast-paced environment rewards rapport, objections handling, and closing skills.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, achieving sales goals, and delivering a great customer experience while staying updated on products and promotions.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales and productivity goals.
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
• Consultative selling skills with the ability to identify customer needs and influence purchasing decisions.
• A competitive, results-driven mindset and the tenacity to pursue the sale.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Comfort working with multiple systems and applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Handle warm outbound sales opportunities with prospective and previous customers—no traditional cold calling.
• Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs and recommend the right home warranty solution.
• Build rapport quickly and connect product benefits to what matters most to each customer.
• Confidently overcome objections and ask for the sale.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, conversion, and activity goals.
• Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Educate homeowners on available products, coverage options, pricing, and promotions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and maintain updated customer information.
• Stay current on products, promotions, contract coverage, processes, and procedures.
