Job summary

Waters Corporation is seeking a results-oriented Inside Sales Specialist to support revenue growth across an assigned territory in a remote US role. You will develop consultative selling skills, engage customers virtually, and collaborate with field teams to advance opportunities.

The role focuses on prospecting new business, expanding existing relationships, and delivering value-based solutions that improve laboratory productivity and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
• 1-3 years of sales experience; however will look at new graduates with a minimum of 3.2 GPA.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory by developing and executing territory growth plans that identify new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships.
• Prospect, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through phone, video, email, and digital engagement activities.
• Partner with field sales, service, marketing, and application teams to create and advance customer opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth through promotion of Waters instrumentation, informatics solutions, consumables, service agreements, and workflow solutions.
• Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline and provide accurate forecasts through Salesforce CRM and reporting tools.
• Conduct virtual product presentations and solution discussions with laboratory stakeholders.
