Job summary

Lakeshore is seeking a Partner Inside Sales Representative to drive new business and strengthen relationships with educators from a remote location across the US. The role emphasizes high-volume outbound calls, consultative selling, and achieving sales quotas in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have EC/K-5 education sector experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively from home while building long-term customer partnerships.

Qualifications

• High-volume outbound sales experience in Inside/Outside sales roles is required.
• Experience in EC/K-5 education sector is preferred.
• Strong work-from-home capability and self-discipline.
• Excellent presentation skills to speak with teachers, admins, and directors.
• Coachable with eagerness to learn and improve.
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
• Attention to detail in daily tasks and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales team to drive outreach and market penetration.
• Build internal and cross-functional partnerships to align sales strategies.
• Secure new and repeat business via virtual appointments and calls.
• Meet or exceed activity targets and quotas.
• Engage with schools and childcare centers to identify needs.
• Host virtual product presentations for services and solutions.
• Research local and national trends and funding opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Retail, and Professional Services to meet educator needs.
• Identify sales leads and support market initiatives.
• Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss strategies.
