Qualifications

• Experience making high-volume outbound sales calls in Inside/Outside Sales.
• EC and K–5 education sector sales experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work from home.
• Excellent communication across all levels (teachers, admins, directors).
• Coachable with willingness to learn and improve.
• Salesforce and MS Office proficiency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Outside Sales to drive site-based outreach.
• Build relationships with key customers via virtual appointments and calls.
• Meet or exceed activity and sales quotas daily.
• Partner with schools and childcare centers to assess needs.
• Present proprietary Lakeshore services and solutions remotely.
• Research local/state/national education trends and funding.
