Job summary

Connection is seeking an Inside Account Manager (IAM) as part of onboarding for enterprise clients. In this hybrid/remote role, you will partner with Enterprise Account Executives, manufacturers, distribution partners, and internal teams to onboard new customers, build relationships, and uncover opportunities from day one.

You'll develop quotes, respond quickly, manage opportunities, and deliver a seamless customer journey while learning from senior sales leaders in a dynamic IT environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service, sales support, account management, or inside sales experience desired.
• Experience with CRM platforms and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding for new enterprise clients with a white-glove approach.
• Develop and manage customer quotes and technically configured solutions.
• Register opportunities and manage deal registrations with manufacturers.
• Maintain a four-hour response goal for quote requests and provide proactive account support.
• Deliver quarterly business reviews and drive opportunities for growth.
