Job summary

Connection, a leading IT solutions provider, is seeking an Inside Sales Support Representative to assist Executive Account Managers with day-to-day order fulfilment and customer issue resolution. This full-time role supports growth and retention for assigned accounts, with a remote-friendly setup in NH and a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will interact with customers to deliver tailored solutions, coordinate with teams, and help ensure accurate orders while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong people skills and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
• Excellent communication and customer service are essential.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to the Account Manager and customer during the order fulfillment process and in servicing.
• Act as a support resource for day-to-day transactions to allow the Account Manager the time and opportunity to expand their business.
• Minimizes problem order situations by proactively following up on open orders and customer service issues for resolution.
• Handle incoming calls and assist on calls as needed.
• Prepare and follow up on orders to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
