Invisible Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead the Commercial Sales team from a fully remote setup in the United States. You will scale inside sales (AEs and SDRs), own the pipeline, and drive processes enabling reps to focus on selling.

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will shape the go‑to‑market approach, mentor a high‑growth team, and help us achieve ambitious targets with a strong emphasis on executive relationship building and multi‑channel outreach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading B2B inside sales teams (AEs & SDRs).
• Experience selling at $100k-$500k ACV.
• Proven ability to hire, train and coach sales reps.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Experience with multi-channel outbound outreach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Commercial Sales team to hit monthly targets.
• Build and optimize pipeline and sales processes.
• Collaborate with Operations and executive leadership.
