Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS inside sales or business development with a quota track record.
• 2–3 years leading or coaching sales team members.
• Experience with outbound sales development and consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive new annual and monthly recurring revenue across SMB accounts, outbound channels, inbound leads, and partner programs.
• Manage the full sales process from prospecting and discovery to product demos, negotiations, and closing.
• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop BDRs and SDRs, conducting weekly call reviews, pipeline audits, and coaching sessions.
