Partner Company is seeking a proactive leader to manage a 10+ person Admissions Coordinators team across a high-volume inbound/outbound operation. You will hire, onboard, train, and coach staff, while conducting regular performance reviews to meet KPIs and service targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years? 3–6+ years experience? Lead or mentor teams of admissions representatives or similar roles.
• Experience managing performance against KPIs, quotas or service targets.
• Strong multitasking, prioritization and coaching abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of 10+ Admissions Coordinators handling high volumes of inquiries.
• Hire, onboard, train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for staff.
• Coordinate team schedules, workload distribution, and daily operations to ensure service levels.
• Drive mission-driven admissions processes to connect clients with behavioral healthcare services.
