TEKsystems, a leading technology services firm, is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a fully remote, contract-to-hire role anchored to Atlanta, GA. You will lead a high-performing inside sales team, manage direct and assisted e-commerce revenue, and optimize customer experience through data-driven sales motions and tested processes.

The role requires 5+ years in inside sales leadership, strong B2B consultative selling skills, and experience coaching supervisors. Remote work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of inside sales management, e-commerce sales leadership, or consultative retail sales operations experience.
• 5 total years of B2B sales experience with consultative, relationship-based selling.
• Proven experience managing a tiered team including supervisors or team leads.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive performance across direct revenue from agent-placed orders and assisted/influenced revenue from downstream purchases.
• Coach team to maximize margins and average order value through cross-selling and bundle offerings.
• Design and monitor outbound campaigns via SMS and phone targeting high-value buyers.
• Oversee Save the Sale playbooks to recover from delays or stockouts while preserving margins.
