Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for a remote role, preferably located in Indiana. You will drive revenue growth, coach a sales team, and align inside sales with the Commercial organization for a contract manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities include developing site-specific growth strategies, managing daily operations, maintaining Salesforce dashboards, and supporting quotes, pricing, and negotiations to meet revenue targets while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in inside sales or sales management within contract manufacturing or precision machining.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining and tight-tolerance manufacturing.
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-specific Commercial growth strategy and achieve annual growth target.
• Site coordinator for Commercial activities.
• Site lead for customer Monthly Operating Reviews.
• Compile monthly data for customer engagement meetings.
• Customer coordination of Forecasts and obtain forecasts via email/portal.
• Track raw material variances and take action as required.
• Manage Tariff POs and Payments; oversee tariff actions and inform Finance of status.
• AOP management for responsible facilities; develop Annual Revenue plan.
• Maintain SalesForce Opportunities and Dashboards.
• Management of customer escalations.
• Pricing discrepancies; quoting & contract support; ensure quotes meet specs.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing agreements, and long-term supply agreements.
• Oversee preparation of accurate and timely quotes.
