Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a fully remote Admissions Representative to recruit qualified applicants, guide them through enrollment, and explain programs and services. You’ll manage inquiries, schedule interviews, follow up with applicants, and maintain ongoing communication with enrolled students while meeting weekly targets.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential; prior admissions or sales exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of admissions recruitment or non-durable goods sales experience.
• Online admissions recruitment or intangible sales experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Clearly explain educational programs, outcomes, services and financial considerations to prospective students and their supporters.
• Manage inquiries to ensure prompt contact and meet weekly activity targets.
• Follow approved recruitment policies and communication formats.
• Contact inquiries promptly and redirect candidates if goals don’t match programs.
• Generate inquiries and referrals by asking current contacts for introductions.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews with prospective students.
• Support qualified applicants through enrollment and daily matriculation follow-up.
• Forecast projected new-student enrollment and report updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with other departments and adapt to changing business needs.
