Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an RVP, Enterprise Sales Leader based in the United States to build and scale a remote enterprise sales organization within a fast-growing B2B software and AI-driven technology environment. You will drive revenue growth by leading high-performing sales teams, optimizing pipeline management, and implementing scalable processes that deliver above-quota results.

You will coach Account Executives through complex enterprise cycles and collaborate with Sales Ops, Enablement,

Qualifications

10+ years in SaaS sales with 5+ years leading enterprise teams
Proven track record of closing enterprise deals
Experience recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent
Analytics-driven approach to performance improvement

Responsibilities

Oversee daily and weekly sales activities, pipeline reviews, forecasts, and deals to exceed quotas.
Develop scalable sales processes, operating rhythms, and best practices.
Hire, manage, and retain high-performing Account Executives.
Coach reps on complex enterprise transactions and negotiation.
Drive strategic account growth and expand pipeline and revenue.
Monitor KPIs, forecast growth, and allocate resources.
Champion AI-enabled selling and integrate AI workflows.
Promote responsible AI adoption and data privacy practices.
Collaborate with Sales Ops, Enablement, Marketing, Product.
Test and scale tools and processes to improve metrics.
Foster a high-performance, accountable culture.
Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset across teams.
