Job summary

Talantir is seeking an Installation Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for electrical installation services across a nationwide, remote-enabled territory. You will originate, develop, and close opportunities with industrial customers and strategic partners, collaborating closely with installation leadership.

Expect regular travel to customer sites, partner locations, and industry events. This role offers autonomy in a hunter-capital environment, owning the full sales lifecycle from discovery

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B sales or account management in industrial/automation markets.
• Experience selling project-based services to manufacturing, industrial, or utility customers.
• Proven ability to build pipelines and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
• Strong understanding of project-based work including labor, materials, schedules, and change orders.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate scope into value.
• Self-management in a remote environment with multiple opportunities and deadlines.
• Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites and events (35–50%).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow installation revenue nationwide.
• Identify and qualify greenfield projects, equipment upgrades, and service opportunities.
• Expand wallet share within existing accounts through multi-site programs and repeat work.
• Build strong relationships with plant, engineering, maintenance, and purchasing leaders.
• Lead front-end sales activities including discovery, scope definition, and proposals.
• Manage proposals, clarifications, RFIs, and negotiate terms.
• Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth project handoffs and feasibility.
