Qualifications

• 5 years Inside Sales and/or Customer Service experience.
• Ability to lead by example and communicate effectively.
• Willingness to learn company products, policies and procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Thomson sales leads from multiple sources and document in CRM.
• Call lead sources to qualify data and address needs.
• Manage Marketing Qualified Leads to secure customer orders.
• Select sales channel for winning orders with outside sales team.
• Follow up on quotes within 24 hours of receipt.
• Generate new and repeat sales by supporting quotes and removing barriers.
• Coordinate with operations to meet commitments for new orders.
• Train and coach Sales Administration associates in sales support processes.
• Address customer issues or complaints promptly with input from others.
• Support growth initiatives for vertical markets and business units.
• Calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
