Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a high-performing Sales Recruiter to attract and hire top commercial talent and partner with sales leaders, HR, and business stakeholders. This role focuses on developing strategic recruiting plans aligned with organizational goals and workforce needs, while enhancing the company’s employer brand and candidate experience.

The role emphasizes collaborating with COE and HR teams to deliver a seamless, high-quality hiring experience across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting sales, commercial, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Demonstrated success sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent through direct sourcing, networking, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies
• Experience managing multiple searches and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative sourcing and recruitment strategies for sales and commercial positions across multiple business units
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including strategic kickoff meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development, negotiation, and onboarding support
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical commercial roles, ensuring a strong network of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Partner closely with leaders to understand business objectives, territory structures, talent gaps, and workforce planning needs
• Leverage market intelligence, industry trends, and talent insights to help guide hiring decisions and recruiting strategies
