Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Qualify Thomson sales leads from multiple sources in CRM.
• Manage Marketing Qualified Leads to secure orders.
• Select proper sales channel in collaboration with outside sales.
• Follow up on quotes within 24 hours of customer receipt.
• Coordinate with operations to meet commitments.
• Lead and coach Sales Administration staff in processes.
• Address customer issues promptly with input from others.
• Support growth initiatives by vertical market and business unit.
• Calculate discounts, commissions, and percentages.
