Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive proactive telephone and email sales. You will establish and maintain customer relationships, process quotes and orders, and pursue growth from the existing customer base.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, application inquiries, and collaboration with outside sales. A strong foundation in customer service and electronics distribution is valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, sales, or electrical distribution experience.
• High School or GED is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• WorkHours: 7am - 4pm and process telephone orders by quoting prices, delivery specs, and payment terms.
• Assist outside sales personnel by processing priority transactions.
• Utilize company digital tools to sell, market, promote, demonstrate products and answer technical questions.
• Prospect for new accounts within a specified geographical territory.
• Manage a defined customer base and establish and maintain customer relationships.
• Close orders and resolve customer issues using root-cause analysis.
• Gather and report market trends and participate in product meetings and training.
