Responsibilities

• Grow revenue by managing assigned key accounts in the U.S. and Mexico.
• Focus on Flambeau’s contract manufacturing and manufacturing services.
• Build strong client relationships and engage with sourcing influencers.
• Develop and execute account strategies to optimize relationships and earnings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Schedule annual account reviews and monitor customer scorecards.
• Report activities to the Director of Sales and participate in reviews.
• Travel for visits to facilities as needed.
• Sell and upsell across NA and MX facilities.
• Identify new business opportunities within core capabilities.
