Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in manufacturing, plastics, and packaging
• Proven ability to manage regional territories and develop new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel within assigned region.
• Need to beauty industry experience

Responsibilities

• Manage all sales activities within the assigned territory and execute regional plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts and present pricing proposals.
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and logistics to satisfy customers.
• Track sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and submit weekly reports.
• Travel within the region to visit customers and attend trade events.
