Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Sales Account Manager for a growing plastics/film-extrusion company. This role offers a base salary with a bonus structure and requires periodic travel to develop new business across multiple states and territories.

The person will interface with leadership and manage both new and existing accounts from a remote setting. Responsibilities include meeting or exceeding sales targets, nurturing client relationships, and collaborating with the leadership team to expand market

Qualifications

• Previous sales / account management experience.
• 3+ years of plastics / film extrusion experience.
• Must reside in OR, or WA.
• Ability to generate new business and develop long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business across various states and territories.
• Foster and blossom existing relationships and accounts.
• Work directly with the leadership team to attain market share.
• Determine areas and strategies for profitable business growth.
• Collaborate with the sales management team to deliver the best service to customers.
• Meets/exceeds sales targets on an ongoing basis.
• Understand the needs of consumers and deliver value based on company services.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure the process is documented from A-Z.
