Job summary

Alliance Plastics is seeking a Territory Sales Representative for a full-time remote role. You will build and grow relationships with distributors and end customers, conduct outreach via calls, video meetings, and occasional on-site visits, and present product offerings and value propositions.

You will prospect new accounts, qualify leads, prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and work with internal teams to ensure accurate orders, delivery, and responsive service.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and account management skills including prospecting and lead qualification.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Business and analytical skills including understanding margins and pricing.
• Organizational and self-management skills with remote-work discipline.
• Experience in industrial, manufacturing, plastics, packaging, or distribution sectors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new accounts within the defined territory.
• Present Alliance Plastics’ product offerings and value propositions.
• Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing within guidelines.
• Follow up to close sales and ensure accurate order entry and timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM records, track pipeline, and provide feedback on market trends.
