Job summary

NVISION Eye Centers is seeking a high-energy Inside Sales Call Center Agent to educate, support, and motivate prospective patients toward vision correction procedures. You will be the first impression, guiding inquiries to booked consultations with empathy and professionalism in a remote role across states including CA, AZ, OR, NV, TX and UT.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales or customer engagement, strong verbal communication, and the ability to influence conversations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or customer engagement experience.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to influence conversations and convert inquiries to appointments.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in healthcare/ophthalmology a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective patients with enthusiasm and professionalism from the first call.
• Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled consultations through consultative conversations.
• Educate patients on procedures and financing options within NVISION's experience.
• Overcome objections and guide callers toward booking consultations.
• Schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations and maintain accuracy.
• Meet and exceed performance metrics related to conversions and patient satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinic teams to support patient retention.
