Job summary

Amphenol CMT is seeking an Inside Sales professional to act as the liaison between customers and operations, ensuring high service levels and timely order processing. This remote role covers the US Midwest region, with flexible hours to support customer needs.

You will manage quotes, process orders, respond to inquiries, build customer relationships, and collaborate with Sales Managers to forecast demand and drive new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales role.
• 2–5 years of customer service experience with quotations, order entry, and status updates.
• Ability to read, write, speak English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own demand management and process sales orders.
• Provide customer support; respond to inquiries and expedite as needed.
• Translate inquiries into ACMT actions and preserve 100% customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Forecast portal downloads with sales managers and monitor order patterns.
• Support for credits, RMA, and account issue resolution.
