Job summary

Amphenol Cable and Interconnect Technologies Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative II (Mid-West, Finance) to act as a liaison between customers and operations, processing sales orders and resolving inquiries with professionalism.

You will own demand management, build strong customer relationships, coordinate with Sales and Product Managers, and collaborate with Accounting to resolve credit issues, while maintaining 100% customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales role.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience with preparing quotations, order entry, contract review, expediting orders and updating order status.
• Proficient written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Primary owner of demand management.
• Process sales orders, manage orders, and respond to inquiries.
• Translate customer inquiries into ACMT actions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with 100% satisfaction as priority.
• Collaborate with Sales and Product Managers to develop new business opportunities.
• Work with accounting to resolve credit issues and review customer backlog.
