Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales role.
• Experience with quotations, order entry, contract review, expediting orders and updating order status.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for assigned accounts and manage orders and invoicing.
• Source new sales opportunities through quotes and outreach.
• Respond to technical information requests and coordinate with SMEs.
• Review order status with schedulers and provide client updates.
• Process quotes and negotiate pricing, deliveries, and schedules.
• Handle discrepancies with Quality, generate RMAs when needed.
• Assist with order entry and participate in sales-related projects.
• Demonstrate proactive outreach and willingness to train others.
