Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years in a customer service/inside sales role.
• 2-5 years of customer service experience with preparing quotations, order entry, contract review, expediting orders and updating order status.

Responsibilities

• Own demand management and ensure timely processing of sales orders.
• Provide customer support including processing sales orders and responding to inquiries.
• Translate customer inquiries into ACMT actions and maintain proactive account knowledge.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with 100% customer satisfaction as a priority.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer expectations and department metrics.
• Forecast portal downloads with sales managers and work cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Support ACMT customer accounts per priority and schedule; assist in credit resolution when needed.
• Enter customer complaints in Windchill and coordinate RMA closure with teams.
