Responsibilities

• Own demand management and process sales orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries and translate to ACMT actions.
• Develop and maintain customer relationships with 100% satisfaction focus.
• Collaborate with sales managers, product managers, and accounting as needed.
• Provide RMA processing and issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor backlog and provide early warning for new orders.
