Job summary

VSP Vision Care is seeking a dynamic sales professional to expand the broker base and meet revenue goals across an assigned territory. You will craft and execute strategic outreach to prospective brokers and accounts, building trusted relationships and collaborating with Client Managers and Market Directors to win new business.

In this role, you will coordinate with Operations to onboard new clients, present plan design options, and provide rate quotations.

Qualifications

• Three years of sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to achieve revenue goals.
• Knowledge of underwriting, products, services, and the healthcare industry.
• Ability to obtain agent licensing for states within the territory.
• Remote/hybrid work requires high engagement in virtual environments.

Responsibilities

• Solicit and develop sales; maintain and grow broker base within the assigned territory.
• Execute and develop a creative sales strategy to contact prospective brokers and accounts.
• Create solid business relationships and build rapport with accounts/brokers.
• Collaborate with Client Managers and Market Directors within the territory.
• Coordinate with Operations to implement new clients and maintain broker relationships.
• Provide plan design options, sales information, and rate quotations to prospects.
