Responsibilities include making 20–50 calls daily, engaging clients, following scripts, and updating records. The role offers comprehensive benefits and remote work with potential commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of total work history or a 4-year college degree (preferred).
• Minimum High School Degree or Equivalent.
• Must pass background and reference checks.
• Quiet workspace free of disruptions for professional call handling.
• Experience with high-volume sales calls preferred.
• Knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office, Five9 or similar call center software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of 20–50 inbound and outbound calls from clients.
• Engage with clients, listen, connect, and leave a lasting impression while representing Partners well.
• Follow established sales processes and scripts; build value and update client records.
• Pitch three branded apparel and books offerings on every call; light fundraising and donation collection.
• Participate in ongoing coaching and training to stay current on products and campaigns.
