Job summary

Smart Start, Inc. is seeking a Sales Program Advisor to drive nationwide revenue by handling inbound and outbound calls, promoting Interlock products and services, and delivering exceptional client service from a fully remote setup.

You will identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and present tailored solutions while maintaining CRM records and achieving sales targets. A bilingual English/Spanish skillset qualifies for additional compensation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months in sales, customer service, or call center environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound and outbound callers with a consultative sales approach to promote Interlock products, programs, and services.
• Provide accurate product and service information and resolve client inquiries with professionalism.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
• Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and uphold our reputation.
