Job summary

Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales & Appointment Booking Representative for STEM Education to drive enrollment growth from remote, U.S.-based families. You will convert inbound leads and conduct high-volume outbound calls to schedule trials and enrollments.

You will consult with parents about their children's ages and goals, present program benefits and pricing, handle objections, and maintain CRM activity with timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience in phone-based sales, telesales, or appointment setting with a track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent verbal communication with a warm, persuasive phone presence.
• Strong ability to handle objections and close enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to inbound leads and conduct high-volume outbound calls to maximize lead conversion.
• Consult with parents to understand age, interests, and goals, then recommend STEM programs.
• Present program benefits, pricing, schedules, and enrollment options while guiding the sale.
• Book free Trial Classes, confirm appointments, reduce no-shows, and follow up after trials to convert to enrollments.
• Maintain CRM records with calls, outcomes, follow-ups, lead status, and pipeline activity.
• Meet or exceed KPIs related to speed-to-lead, contact rates, calls, trial bookings, attendance, enrollments, and revenue.
