Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our remote US sales team. You will manage a $3M–$7M territory, hit targets for Power Tools and accessories, and support distributors and end-users with training and pricing insights.

You'll use Salesforce.com to log activities, quote prices, enter orders, and build relationships with key decision makers while collaborating with marketing and product teams. Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years related experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to understand and sell multiple products.
• Comfort with CRM software and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory between $3 million to $7 million in sales.
• Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Power Tool Accessories, and Anchors.
• Prospect and segment existing account base on sales potential.
• Implement account-specific Inside Sales strategy.
• Provide support to distributors and End-users with training and pricing insights.
• Gain pricing/programming knowledge for channel-specific sales.
• Communicate opportunities, issues, and trends to management.
• Develop and maintain relationships with accounts and key decision makers.
• Use Salesforce.com to log tasks, schedule calls, and track sales results.
• Enter orders, provide quotes, and assist customers with inquiries.
