Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Account Representative to join our remote sales team in the United States. You will manage a multi-million dollar territory, drive sales across Power Tools, Hand Tools, accessories, and anchors, and develop strategic account plans.

You’ll use Salesforce to log activity, quote prices, and support customers from order entry to after-sales questions. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge across lines, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Associate Degree, or 2-4 years equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• Experience using CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a territory between $3 million to $7 million in sales.
• Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Power Tool Accessories, and Anchors.
• Prospect and segment existing accounts based on sales potential.
• Implement account-specific Inside Sales strategy.
• Provide support to distribution and Key End-users through training, marketing and cross-referencing.
• Enter orders, provide price quotes, and assist customers with inquiries.
