Job summary

Lumen is a leading provider of AI-ready connectivity and digital solutions. This desk-based sales role focuses on acquiring new logos, expanding brand awareness, and driving revenue within a defined territory, primarily through remote engagement and well-supported prospecting motions.

You’ll leverage a strong value proposition, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor peers while meeting monthly quotas and maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience
• Experience selling telecom solutions
• Advanced desk-based/inside sales background
• Proven ability to develop new accounts or open territories
• Strong prospecting and closing skills

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage accounts in the defined territory to meet monthly quotas
• Deliver value propositions through consultative and transactional selling
• Qualify leads via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns
• Generate timely quotes and maintain accurate Salesforce records
• Prepare customer call agendas and conduct effective meetings to identify opportunities
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure a superior customer experience
• Leverage the sales ecosystem to drive high-impact opportunities
• Forecast and report monthly sales activity and outcomes
• Mentor teammates and lead by example with energy and integrity
