As an Account Manager II, Desk Based, you will drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across an assigned territory, managing the full sales cycle and delivering meaningful business value.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 4+ years of sales experience in technology, telecommunications, business services, or related industry.
• Experience developing new business opportunities and managing customer relationships in a consultative sales environment.
• Demonstrated success in desk-based, inside, or outside sales.
• Strong prospecting, relationship-building, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to conduct effective virtual sales calls, web meetings, and customer presentations.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform to manage opportunities, forecasts, and interactions.
• Strong planning, organization, and written/verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customers; meet monthly quotas.
• Deliver a strong value proposition during consultative and transactional selling to maximize revenue.
• Prospect and qualify via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Provide timely quotes and follow-up; navigate systems to support customers.
• Prepare agendas, conduct effective meetings, and identify opportunities on each call.
• Engage internal resources to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Leverage sales ecosystem to drive high-impact opportunities and close deals.
