GCG is seeking an Inside Sales Account Manager to help grow our business with data center customers and partners. This role is remote with a strong preference for candidates in the Central Time Zone.

You will build relationships with key decision makers, manage drop-ship orders, and drive year-over-year revenue growth using Salesforce and Oracle ERP in a fast-paced sales environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B inside sales experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced sales environment
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ERP systems (Oracle)

Responsibilities

• Develop familiarity with GCG Data Center solutions to educate customers on products, pricing, and availability
• Support strategic growth plans and help achieve annual goals
• Nurture relationships with customers and suppliers to grow revenue
• Manage drop-ship orders and provide regular status updates
• Identify new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach
