Job summary

ZipRecruiter is seeking an Inside Sales Account Executive, Inbound Channels to develop new prospects and increase sales of ZipRecruiter's products and services. You will engage with prospective customers through inbound phone and chat, with outbound outreach as needed, while supporting Sales Managers to meet growth targets.

The role requires a sales-minded individual with the ability to manage multiple channels, hit quotas, and close deals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an inbound sales environment.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals.
• Highly coachable and open to feedback from management.
• Resourceful and persistent in overcoming obstacles.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple duties.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Connect with inbound prospects via phone and chat to convert to new business.
• Outbound dialing and emailing to nurture leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Meet or exceed monthly new business quota.
• Manage an active pipeline through opening, appointment setting, presenting, and closing.
• Demonstrate closing and negotiating skills to secure new accounts.
• Balance inbound and outbound tasks with strong organization.
• Maintain enthusiasm, optimism, and resilience in sales.
