Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States for a full-time remote position. You will investigate and resolve property claims for personal and commercial losses, coordinating with independent adjusters and contractors to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience as an inside property claims specialist or equivalent role within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, and settlement practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with policyholders, agents, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve property claims including structural damage, contents, ALE, scheduled property, and business income.
• Deliver customer-focused claims service via phone and other channels; explain decisions and provide a professional experience.
• Coordinate with external adjusters and contractors for field inspections and quality control.
