Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an experienced Property Claims Adjuster (Inside) based in the United States. The role investigates, negotiates, and resolves property claims for personal and commercial losses, working remotely with policyholders and external partners.

You will maintain licensing, meet productivity targets, and support catastrophe claims when needed, with opportunities for professional development in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of property claims investigation, valuation, negotiation, settlement techniques, and claims management practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to obtain and maintain all required adjuster licenses within six months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and Resolve Property Claims: review personal and commercial property losses, assess coverage, negotiate settlements and close claims.
• Deliver Customer-Focused Claims Service: communicate with policyholders by phone and other channels, explain decisions and provide responsive service.
• Coordinate External Claims Support: assign contractors and adjusters when inspections or expertise are needed and review their work.
