Allstate is expanding its virtual sales force and seeks self-motivated Inside Sales Representatives who can thrive in a fast-paced, remote environment.

In this role you will engage with insureds via calls, chat, and SMS; identify needs, close deals, and provide tailored Allstate products. Expect comprehensive training, performance-based incentives, and life/work balance in a Fortune 100 company.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (sales focus)
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred)
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate's support
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain all required licenses to sell insurance products in Allstate states

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as the primary method of customer engagement.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions during live customer interactions.
• Adhere to assigned schedules, including evenings and weekends.
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance standards.
• Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously while engaging with customers.
