Job summary

Allstate is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Representative to join its growing virtual workforce. Work from home in a call center environment handling inbound/outbound calls, chats, and more, using a consultative sales approach to recommend Allstate products.

Base pay is $18 per hour with a total compensation range of $52,730–$76,480 per year, plus incentives and licensing support. Eligible candidates may receive a licensing bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (sales focus).
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred.
• Ability to obtain required licenses with company support.
• Requires reliable home internet and dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls as primary engagement.
• Maintain availability during assigned work hours.
• Deliver consultative sales conversations and complete transactions.
• Adhere to schedules including evenings/weekends.
• Navigate multiple computer systems during customer interactions.
