Allstate is expanding its virtual sales team and seeking motivated individuals for a full-time Inside Sales Representative role. The position works from home in a fast-paced environment, engaging with insurance shoppers through calls, chats, and other channels to uncover needs and tailor Allstate solutions.

You will convert warm leads with a consultative approach and support a customer-first experience, including licensing assistance and training.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service with a sales focus.
• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license in your state (preferred).
• If unlicensed, ability to obtain a Personal Lines or Property & Casualty Producer license with Allstate’s support.
• Sales Representatives must obtain and maintain licenses in states designated by Allstate (including non-resident licenses).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable high-speed internet with wired connection.

Responsibilities

• Engage with active insurance shoppers via inbound/outbound calls, live chat, SMS, etc. in a work-from-home call center environment.
• Use insurance expertise to identify coverage gaps and recommend Allstate products.
• Convert warm leads into customers using a consultative sales approach—no cold calling.
• Deliver a customer-first experience while driving sales growth from home.
