Job summary

Valet Living, LLC is seeking an Inside Account Executive to own a book of up to 500 multifamily accounts across markets, driving renewals and identifying upsell opportunities. 100% remote role with CST preference, offering uncapped monthly incentives and ramp-up guarantees.

You’ll manage retention strategies, build trusted client relationships, and collaborate with sales and operations to exceed client expectations and grow revenue within existing accounts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a B2B sales or account management role.
• Strong client-centric mindset with focus on retention.

Responsibilities

• Drive Retention: manage a large book of business and renewals.
• Build Trusted Relationships: be the lead point of contact across portfolio.
• Identify Growth Opportunities: communicate upsell potential to partners.
